The smart architecture for the implementation of machine learning algorithms
Arancino AI is our software and hardware architecture that acts as the brain of a predictive maintenance system for the implementation of machine learning algorithms. Just like the human brain, Arancino AI was developed based on the concept of communication between right and left hemisphere, allowing real-time monitoring, detection of anomalies and defects in equipment for preventive purposes. Within each application, Arancino AI creates a custom algorithm that provides information that can diagnose the problem and know its severity, enabling real-time intervention and thereby preventing failures that can affect the production process and unnecessary costs in replacing damaged parts.
Arancino AI technology meets the needs of Industry 4.0, improving the sustainability of all types of production and predictive process maintenance. At the same time, the adoption of Arancino AI technology within, for example, urban redevelopment projects allows to operate on air monitoring and pollution level, analysis of traffic flows in order to implement sustainable mobility projects, the efficiency of water management systems or the prevention of extreme climatic events through the sensorization of the most at-risk territories.
SmartAir Lamp
The Smart lamp measuring air quality in an indoor environment
The SmartAir Lamp is an electronic device made by SmartMe, based on the Arancino architecture. It lights up in a different color depending on the air quality present in an indoor environment, following the official colors of the AQI (Air Quality Index). The device detects particles with high vapour pressure and low water solubility: VOCs (volatile organic compounds).
These include harmful substances that can cause long-term breathing problems, chronic respiratory and cardiovascular diseases. Based on these measurements, the SmartAir Lamp emits feedback in the form of a light warning to indicate the level of air quality.
Made with a recycled plastic casing, the SmartAir Lamp is a solution that aims to care for well-being inside homes and in working environments made in compliance with all the criteria of environmental sustainability.
Weather Station (Environmental)
The compact, versatile and low-cost weather station for managing and monitoring climate changes
The SmartMe weather stations, built on the basis of the Arancino architecture, allows the measurement of fundamental environmental parameters through a specific sensor that measures temperature, pressure, humidity, wind, rain and amount of particulates in the air. This information is stored and shared on a cloud monitoring system that allows you to view it in real time directly from your device and create a time history.
The strong point of the SmartMe weather stations is the extremely competitive cost compared to the products currently on the market, as well as the possibility to subsequently insert multiple modules and sensors of various kinds to implement the functionality.
